IZIPAY Card — Virtual Card

IZIPAY Card suits people who want a dollar Mastercard funded with crypto and no identity check, mainly for online subscriptions and ads. Every card costs $49.99 or more up front, every top-up loses 3%, and there is no cashback.

Good

  • No KYC for standard limits, just an email to sign up
  • 0% FX fee and no monthly, inactivity or replacement fee
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay on the $59.99 card
  • Limits of $50,000 per payment and $200,000 a month

Watch out

  • Cards cost $49.99, $59.99 or $459.99 to issue
  • 3% fee on every top-up and 3% to withdraw back to crypto
  • No cashback or rewards on any spending
  • ATM cash only with the $459.99 metal card

IZIPAY Card is a prepaid Mastercard in US dollars that you fund with crypto and can open with only an email address. Cards cost $49.99 to $459.99 once, every top-up carries a 3% fee, payments abroad have no FX fee, and the card pays no cashback.

IZIPAY sells three cards: a $49.99 virtual card for online payments, a $59.99 virtual Mastercard that also works in Apple Pay and Google Pay, and a $459.99 metal card that adds ATM withdrawals. You top up with Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, BNB, Solana or TON, and the balance is held in dollars.

IZIPAY Card cashback

IZIPAY Card pays no cashback on any of its three cards, and spending more doesn't unlock rewards.

The only earning scheme is a referral programme that pays up to 10% of the issuance fees your friends pay. That rewards recruiting, not spending, so it does nothing for someone who uses the card alone.

At $500 a month of spending, a card paying 1% would return $60 a year. The IZIPAY Card returns nothing and takes 3% of each top-up, so the gap on that spending is about $240 a year.

IZIPAY Card fees

IZIPAY Card charges a one-time card fee and 3% on every crypto top-up, with no monthly, inactivity, replacement or FX fee, according to IZIPAY's pricing page and terms.

The card fee is the first hurdle. The online-only virtual card costs $49.99, the Apple Pay version $59.99 and the metal card $459.99, and none of these fees can be refunded once your payment confirms on the blockchain. A first card plus a $100 top-up therefore costs at least $52.99 in fees.

The 3% top-up fee works like a 3% charge on everything you spend. Loading $1,000 a month costs $30, or $360 a year. Moving unspent money back to a crypto wallet costs another 3%.

The 0% FX fee helps when a merchant charges in euros or pounds, since the balance is in US dollars. Limits are high, at $50,000 per payment and $200,000 a month.

Watch the decline rule in the terms. Three declined payments in a row, even for a wrong CVV or a short balance, permanently block the card. IZIPAY then refunds the balance or moves it to a free replacement card.

IZIPAY Card ATM withdrawal fees

IZIPAY Card allows ATM withdrawals only on the $459.99 metal card, which charges 1% of each withdrawal.

Both virtual cards are for payments only. With the metal card, a $200 withdrawal costs $2 in IZIPAY's fee, on top of the 3% you paid when loading the money and any charge from the ATM owner. That works out to about $8 to $11 on $200, so the metal card pays off only for frequent cash users.

Is IZIPAY Card safe?

IZIPAY Card is custodial: once you top up, the money is held as a dollar balance by IZIPAY's card partners, not in a wallet you control.

IZIPAY's terms name the operator as IZIPAY Solutions Group, a company registered in Hong Kong, and describe it as a technology intermediary that doesn't issue cards or hold funds itself. Card issuing, conversion and custody of balances are handled by licensed third parties that the terms don't name.

The terms give IZIPAY and its partners the right to freeze a card, ask about the source of funds or block payments for anti-money-laundering reasons. IZIPAY's liability is capped at what you paid for the card, so $49.99 on a virtual card.

With no KYC, no named issuer and a low liability cap, the sensible approach is to load only what you plan to spend in the next few weeks.

Who should get IZIPAY Card

IZIPAY Card suits people who want a dollar card for subscriptions, AI tools or ad accounts and don't want to hand over an ID.

The $59.99 Apple Pay version is the most useful of the three, because it works in shops as well as online. The 0% FX fee and high limits help media buyers and anyone paying foreign merchants.

For everyday spending, the card costs more than most verified alternatives. A card with no top-up fee and 1% cashback would leave you $40 better off on every $1,000 spent. The comparison below shows cheaper options in your country.
