What we use

When you visit, our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request information such as your IP address, browser and requested pages. When you email us, we receive your contact details and message.

Your selected country is saved in your browser so comparisons can use your regional terms. You can clear it in your browser settings. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't sell personal data.

Why we use it

We use request information to keep the site secure and working, and correspondence to answer questions and handle corrections. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site and responding to you.

Sharing and retention

Hosting and email providers process the information needed to run these services. Where processing takes place outside the EEA, applicable transfer safeguards are required. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

We keep correspondence for up to two years after our last contact. Hosting logs follow Cloudflare's retention settings. Information may be kept longer when needed to comply with the law or resolve a claim.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or portability, and object to or restrict processing where those rights apply. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or your local data protection authority.
