PSTNET Card — Virtual Card

PSTNET Card suits media buyers and freelancers who pay for ads and online services in US dollars and want to fund virtual cards with crypto. Every card carries a monthly fee from $7, top-ups cost at least 2%, and the 3% cashback only covers ad spend on the PST Private subscription.

Good

  • No fee on card payments, declines, refunds or card withdrawals
  • Fund the account with crypto and issue a virtual card in a minute
  • No cap on the number of cards or on spending per card
  • 3% cashback on Google and TikTok ad spend with PST Private

Watch out

  • Every card costs $7 to $16 a month after the first month
  • Card top-ups cost from 2%, never less than $1
  • Up to 3% on payments to merchants outside the US
  • Virtual only, so no physical card and no ATM withdrawals

PSTNET Card is a virtual prepaid card in US dollars that you fund from a PSTNET account topped up with crypto or other payment methods. Cards cost from $7 a month, moving money onto a card costs from 2%, and the only cashback is 3% on ad spend for PST Private subscribers.

PSTNET built the service for affiliate marketers and advertising teams, so most of its cards are named after the ad platforms they are meant for. There are also general cards, such as the Virtual Prepaid Card and Ultima, pitched for online shopping and subscriptions like Netflix and Spotify. You can issue as many cards as you want, with no spending limit on any of them.

PSTNET Card cashback

PSTNET Card pays no cashback on everyday spending, and its 3% cashback is limited to advertising spend for PST Private subscribers.

PST Private is a paid subscription whose price is shown in the PSTNET dashboard. It returns 3% of the base amount you spend on ad platforms such as Google and TikTok, excluding taxes and fees, up to a monthly cap that depends on your plan. Cashback under $0.10 per transaction isn't paid, and Ultima cards don't earn it at all.

Cashback is credited on the day your subscription renews and is used toward the renewal first. For a team spending $10,000 a month on ads, 3% is worth up to $300 a month, which can cover the subscription. For someone paying for a few subscriptions and online orders, the cashback is worth nothing.

PSTNET Card fees

PSTNET Card charges a monthly fee for every card and a fee from 2% each time you move money onto a card, but no fee on the payments themselves.

The monthly fee depends on the card type. The Virtual Card costs $7, which is $84 a year, the Advertisement card $10 and Ultima $16. The first payment covers issuance and the first month, then the same amount is charged every 30 days. PST Private subscribers get a number of free cards each month and pay $1 per card after that.

Depositing into your PSTNET account is free, but each transfer from the account to a card costs from 2%, with a $1 minimum, depending on the card type. PST Private subscribers pay 2%, so loading $1,000 onto a card costs $20.

Because the cards are issued in the US, payments to merchants registered outside the United States add a cross-border fee of up to 3%, with a $1 minimum on payments of $5 or more. A $100 purchase from a European shop can cost $5 in fees once the 2% top-up is included.

PSTNET charges nothing for approved or declined payments, refunds or moving money from a card back to your account. Breaking the merchant restrictions is expensive, though, with a penalty of 30% of the payment and at least $5.

PSTNET Card ATM withdrawal fees

PSTNET Card can't be used at ATMs, because PSTNET only issues virtual cards and has no physical card.

Cash withdrawals aren't supported.

Is PSTNET Card safe?

PSTNET Card is custodial: your balance sits in your PSTNET account, and the USD cards are issued by partner banks in the United States.

Identity checks run through Sumsub and need a government ID and a selfie, and every incoming payment is screened for money-laundering risk. Withdrawals from the account are paid only in USDT on the TRC-20 network, only from funds you deposited yourself, and each request is reviewed manually, which can take up to 14 days.

The terms are strict about leftover money. After a card is closed or blocked you have 30 days to move its balance back, refunds that arrive more than 30 days after you close a card are kept by PSTNET, and inactive cards are removed after 180 days. PSTNET doesn't name the company that operates the service or its licences on its public pages, so keep only what you plan to spend.

Who should get PSTNET Card

PSTNET Card suits media buyers and small ad teams that pay Google, TikTok and other platforms in US dollars and want to fund dozens of cards from a crypto balance. For them, PST Private's 3% cashback and free monthly cards can outweigh the 2% top-up fee.

For personal spending, the numbers don't work. A single Virtual Card costs $84 a year before any top-up fee, earns no rewards and adds up to 3% on foreign merchants, so most free crypto cards cost less. The comparison below shows the alternatives in your country.
