SiraPay Card is a virtual card for online payments that you fund with USDT and open without uploading an ID document. The account is free, a card costs $0.99 for a month or $4.99 for a year, and SiraPay pays no cashback.
SiraPay aims the card at freelancers, digital nomads and crypto users who need to pay for ChatGPT, Claude, Netflix, ad platforms and other online services from countries where local cards get declined. You top up a SiraPay balance with USDT, create up to five cards, and use each card number, expiry date and CVV at checkout.
SiraPay Card cashback
SiraPay Card pays no cashback on either the Monthly Card or the Yearly Card, so every payment costs its full price.
SiraPay's site and app don't mention a rewards program, points or referral credit on card spending. For a card that mostly pays a $20 AI subscription or a $10 streaming plan, the missing cashback is a small loss, since 1% on $30 a month would be about $3.60 a year. For larger budgets, such as monthly ad spend, a card that pays cashback is worth comparing first.
SiraPay Card fees
SiraPay Card has no account fee, and you pay only for the card you choose: $0.99 for a Monthly Card or $4.99 for a Yearly Card, according to SiraPay's pricing page.
Both cards have a fixed validity period, and that matters for how you fund them. SiraPay's terms say any balance left on a card after it expires isn't refunded or transferred, so load only what the card will spend before its end date. For a subscription you plan to keep, the Yearly Card is the obvious pick, since a year of monthly cards would cost $11.88.
Getting money into SiraPay is cheap, because it doesn't charge a deposit fee on USDT top-ups, declined payments are free, and there is no maintenance fee. SiraPay doesn't list a fee for moving your balance onto a card or for paying in currencies other than the dollar, and its terms say the full fee list is shown inside the app, so check the in-app pricing before your first top-up.
New users can cut the first card price with welcome codes that SiraPay advertises on its site, but those are short-term promotions.
SiraPay Card ATM withdrawal fees
SiraPay Card can't be used at ATMs, because every SiraPay card is a spend-only virtual card made for online checkouts.
There is no physical card to order and no cash withdrawal option in SiraPay's pricing. The cards also can't receive money back, so merchant refunds don't return to the card. If you need cash, a crypto card that comes with a physical card and published ATM fees is the better choice.
Is SiraPay Card safe?
SiraPay Card is custodial: once you send USDT, the balance belongs to your SiraPay account and the cards you create, not to a wallet you control.
SiraPay is registered in the UK under company number 16864637, with an office address on City Road in London. It says user funds are held by licensed financial providers and that card payments run through licensed processors, but it doesn't name the bank or issuer behind the cards. Crypto top-ups are processed by Cryptomus, a crypto payment company.
The terms give SiraPay wide powers, letting it freeze accounts, hold balances and reverse transactions where it finds abuse, in which case balances can become ineligible for refund. Leftover money on expired cards is also lost. Keep only a few weeks of planned spending on the platform, and spread larger budgets across cards you will use up.
Who should get SiraPay Card
SiraPay Card suits people who pay a handful of online subscriptions with crypto and want to avoid ID checks, especially in countries where local bank cards are refused by AI tools and streaming services.
For that use the price is hard to beat. A Yearly Card at $4.99 can carry one subscription for twelve months, and five cards let you keep each service separate, freeze one without touching the others, and set a limit per card. SiraPay also has a separate ChatGPT card program with its own BIN for OpenAI payments.
It is a poor fit for anything else. There is no cashback, no physical card and no way to receive refunds, so it can't replace a debit card for travel or shopping. The comparison below shows alternatives in your country.
Where SiraPay Card is available
SiraPay Card is aimed at users worldwide, and SiraPay says people in more than 100 countries use it.
SiraPay doesn't publish a list of supported or restricted countries, and its terms make you responsible for checking that virtual cards are allowed where you live. Opening an account is free, so the simplest test for your country is to sign up before topping up with USDT.
